PatientPoint is a point-of-care platform that provides content space at different points of a patient's care. TVs in the waiting room, Tablets in exam rooms, and more. Their inventory consists of more than $200m in equipment and spread across more than 35,000 doctor offices across the country. A subset of the space was reserved for advertising, which was previously managed via excel documents and shared drives. I was tasked with modernizing their workflows into a web application and then expanding the feature set onward to unlock more value out of their inventory. The application is now the principal tool to manage their inventory and client purchases.
